Like most of Oakland County, 2023 home sales in Oxford MI are down- almost 11% from 2022. 2024 is doing a bit better. Through the 1st half of the year unit sales are up 15% from the 1st half of last year. The average price in 2023 was up a little over 6% from the previous year. The average sales price through the 1st half of the year is up 5%. Inventory is still low which helps keep prices up despite the current interest rates.
