Homes in this highly desired neighborhood are still selling within days of hitting the market, even with the increase in prices and mortgage rates.

The Preserve is a Pulte sub located in southern Orion Twp, just off Baldwin and Waldon roads with easy access to I-75. The sub features a club house, tennis courts, swimming pool, playground, community lake and walking distance to state land. And one of the few neighborhoods in the area that boasts sidewalks.

In 2023 there were 5 home sales ranging from $420,000-$490,000. In 2024 there were 5 sales ranging in price from $529,000 and $610,000, and on Jan 11, 2025 there no active or pending listings.

There aren't enough sales in The Preserve to state if sales are up or down- it's a smallish sub with a low turnover. Like the rest of Orion Township prices have been increasing and houses are selling quite quickly. Below are lists of the sales for the past couple years. DOM stands for days on the market.
