Orion (township and village) sales in 2023 were down- both units and sales price. Unit sales were down a whopping 30%; from 611 sales to 430 sales. This is partly due to a low inventory. I'm sure interest rates had some affect but the average time on the market in 2023 was only 41 days.

Prices were only down very slightly- 1/2% but was up over 6 1/2% from 2021 and up 26 1/2% from 5 years earlier in 2018.

Through the 1st half of this year unit sales are down a tad - 187 this year vs 191 in 2023. The average sales price is up almost 71/2% and sales volume is up quite a bit- Over $80 million this year. Just under $76 million last year.
